Summary
Join Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency, as their Annual Fund Manager. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to design and execute fundraising strategies, impacting the lives of neurodiverse children and adults. You will oversee donor data, collaborate with colleagues, and manage staff giving initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses at least 4 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and strong project management and writing skills. A competitive salary ($70-75k) and comprehensive benefits package are offered. The role is remote but requires proximity to one of their offices in VT, CT, MA, MD, or NH for occasional in-person meetings.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record in direct response or annual fundraising
- Experience with fundraising CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and digital fundraising platforms
- A self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset and strong project management and writing skills
- Someone driven by relationships and committed to ethical, impactful fundraising
Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling mail and digital fundraising campaigns to grow Aspireβs community of supporters
- Oversee donor data management and establish best practices for donor service
- Collaborate with frontline colleagues to bolster community engagement and local support
- Manage staff giving initiatives
