Summary
Join Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency, as their Annual Fund Manager. This remote position, ideally within driving distance of a VT, CT, MA, MD, or NH office, offers a salary range of $70-75k. You will design and execute fundraising campaigns, manage donor data, collaborate with colleagues, and manage staff giving initiatives. The role requires at least 4 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), strong project management and writing skills, and a commitment to ethical fundraising. Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record in direct response or annual fundraising
- Experience with fundraising CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and digital fundraising platforms
- A self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset and strong project management and writing skills
- Someone driven by relationships and committed to ethical, impactful fundraising
Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling mail and digital fundraising campaigns to grow Aspireβs community of supporters
- Oversee donor data management and establish best practices for donor service
- Collaborate with frontline colleagues to bolster community engagement and local support
- Manage staff giving initiatives
