Remote APEX Application Developer

Summary

Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command Chief Information Officer G6 Headquarters. The role involves documenting policies, designing and maintaining Oracle applications, performing requirements analysis, and adhering to policies and procedures. Requirements include a Secret security clearance, 2-5 years of professional experience in Oracle Application Express development, Cobol and/or SQL, and current IAT Level II (Security+ CE).

Requirements

• Secret security clearance
• 2 – 5 years of professional experience of development in Oracle Application Express development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol and/or SQL
• CurrentIAT Level II (Security+ CE)

Responsibilities

• Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities
• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex
• Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL. Linux for data conversion, data migration
• Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility
• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications
• Maintain documentation on all work products
• Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements
• Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience
• 2 years of Experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development (Desired)
• 1-year Experience with web development using HTML5, stylesheet, XSLT and JavaScript Desired
• 2 years of Experience with FOP report using Oracle Apex (Desired)
• 5 years of Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database
• 3 years of Java Script experience including JQuery
• 2 years of Test automation skills
• Agile Development experience (desired)
• Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML); Representational State Transfer (REST); C#’; Bootstrap; Excel Services, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, RedHat and  HTML
• Java Webstart experience
