App Success Manager

Summary

Join Apaleo as an App Success Manager and work with App Partners globally to integrate their applications onto the Apaleo platform. You will guide partners through the integration process using Apaleo APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams within Apaleo, identifying technical requirements and business opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in customer or partner integration management, ideally within the hospitality or IT sector, and is tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented. Requirements

• Have at least 4 years of experience working with customers or partners managing integrations; ideally in the hospitality or IT industry
• Be tech-savvy
• Be proactive and understand how things work
• Be a people person and detail-oriented
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and thrive in helping others to succeed
• Enjoy speaking with people from many different cultures and backgrounds
• Speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Have meetings with App Partners around the globe who want to become part of the Apaleo ecosystem
• Explain how Apaleo works, i.e. how they can use the Apaleo APIs at best to implement their specific use cases and how they can be listed in the Store
• Talk to CTOs, CEOs, product managers and developers on the App side
• Interact with App Partners and hospitality companies remotely, via conferencing and collaboration tools
• Meet App Partners in person at events
• Support App Partners along their journey on Apaleo, i.e. assist them with problem-solving, help them to optimize and improve their implementation and be a sparring's partner for their ideation process
• Certify Apps that want to be listed in the Store in order to ensure the quality of our ecosystem
• Be in direct contact with our product, marketing and business development and customer success teams
• Identify technical requirements and business opportunities which you share with the Apaleo organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Have working experience or knowledge in one of the areas: UI/UX, APIs, or Back-end Development
• Speak languages other than English
