Summary

Join The Codest, an international tech software company, as an Appian Developer! Work on a project involving requirement gathering, software solution design, task creation, and collaboration with a global team. You will interact with Product Owners, Architecture, QA, and Release Management to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-level applications within a global banking company. This role requires advanced English, 4+ years of Appian Platform experience, and a strong background in low-code development. The position offers 100% remote work, a competitive salary (22-28k PLN on a B2B contract), and access to a benefits platform.

Requirements

• Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only)
• Proven experience (4+ years) working with the Appian Platform
• Strong background in RAD, BPMS, or other Low-Code Development Platforms (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying scalable systems within an agile environment
• Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and developing technical solutions from concept to implementation
• Maintain application stability and ensure continued support without disrupting business operations
• Offer technical guidance on the evolution and future improvements of the applications
• Provide regular progress updates and collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Manager to address delivery challenges
• Drive projects toward key milestones, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian certifications and solid SQL knowledge
• Previous experience in software or platform development, preferably in a Portal or BPM-related environment
• Understanding of user experience and UI design principles
• Technical experience in accounting or financial services is a plus
