Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required for Public Sector roles
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Appian Senior Developer certification (or higher)
- Familiarity with Appian testing methodologies
Responsibilities
- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure user stories are clear and complete
- Estimate effort and complexity for user stories and tasks during sprint planning
- Design and build Appian capabilities, data records/models, and functionalities
- Adhere to established design standards and best practices
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Appian applications and integrations
- Support testing efforts by creating test cases and identifying testing needs
- Contribute to internal documentation and training materials
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members
- Partner with UX/UI designers and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Stay current on new Appian features, tools, and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practice adoption
