Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for Public Sector roles
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Appian Senior Developer certification (or higher)
  • Familiarity with Appian testing methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements
  • Provide insights and recommendations to ensure user stories are clear and complete
  • Estimate effort and complexity for user stories and tasks during sprint planning
  • Design and build Appian capabilities, data records/models, and functionalities
  • Adhere to established design standards and best practices
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Appian applications and integrations
  • Support testing efforts by creating test cases and identifying testing needs
  • Contribute to internal documentation and training materials
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members
  • Partner with UX/UI designers and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
  • Stay current on new Appian features, tools, and industry trends
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practice adoption
