Summary

Join Experian Partner Solutions as an Application Solutions Architect, reporting to the VP of Engineering and Service Management. You will design and develop high-quality application solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct business process analysis. Responsibilities include defining application architecture, providing technical guidance, recommending new tools and methodologies, and developing technical documentation. You will also engage directly with clients, support pre-sales activities, and participate in code reviews and testing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 10+ years of experience as an Application Solutions Architect, and 3+ years of team management experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of proven experience as an Application Solutions Architect or a similar role
  • 3+ years of previous team management
  • Knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, React, Python, Angular, React)
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Hyperforce
  • Experience with SAAS solutions such as Mulesoft and Salesforce
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality application solutions that align with our goals and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Conduct analysis of business processes and technical systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Define and document application architecture, including system components, data flows, and integration points
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Recommend new tools, and methodologies to enhance application development and deployment
  • Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to improve our technology stack and processes
  • Engage directly with clients to internalize their needs and the needs of their customers. In turn, communicating the solutions to meet their needs
  • Support pre-sales activities, guiding high-level discussions about possible solutions and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus
