Join Databricks as an Enterprise Solutions Architect and leverage your pre-sales expertise to guide large enterprises in their data-driven transformation journey. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, you will define and lead the technical strategy for key accounts within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. Your responsibilities include implementing technical strategies, building technical champions within client organizations, and providing mentorship to team members. Success in this role requires a strong background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership, along with proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from various US locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams, and leading them to ultimate success within the account
- Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
- Form relationships with executives and influencers
- Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success
- Technical in big data, data science and cloud
- An ability in data-driven business transformation, and driving change with data
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
- Lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
- Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members
- Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions
