Summary

OneLocal is seeking an Application Support Specialist (Tier 1) to join their Customer Success team. The role involves resolving client-related tickets, documenting solutions, following up with customers, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in technical support, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting for software products

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound support messages and calls
  • Document solutions to common and complex issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and maintain satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with small / medium sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Experience building great relationships with customers
