Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different personalities
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Access to a reliable phone and internet connection
  • Familiarity with using Google Calendar
  • Applications/Software: MS Office, Google Calendar

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business owners using provided scripts (client has existing scripts)
  • Schedule appointments for Brian to meet with potential clients
  • Gather essential information from potential clients, including: Current POS solution being used. Estimated monthly transaction volume. Any current issues with their existing system. Business owner's name, business address, phone number, and email address. Preferred appointment time
  • Work with leads provided (including spreadsheets and business cards collected in person)
  • Utilize Google Calendar (via family link access) to schedule appointments and input relevant information
  • Follow up with emails to confirm appointment details and provide additional information
