Join a growing property management company as a Full-Time Appointment Setter! This remote position involves cold calling property owners and managers to schedule appointments for the sales team. You will follow a proven script and track outreach activities in the CRM. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, comfortable speaking with U.S. property owners, and possesses strong communication skills. Prior cold calling experience is preferred but not required. Requirements
- Fluent English with a neutral or light accent (required)

- Strong communication skills, persistence, and a proactive attitude
- Fast learner โ able to complete a 1-week onboarding program and apply the training quickly

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners/managers using provided call lists
- Follow a clear script and objection handling FAQ to guide conversations
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Track outreach activities in our CRM ( Close )
- Collaborate closely with the team for feedback and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
