Summary
Join Valatam's remote team as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller! This fully remote position, open to Latin American residents, involves prospecting potential clients and scheduling discovery calls for US and Canadian businesses. You will utilize various outreach channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to generate qualified leads. The role requires proficiency in English, experience with CRM and outreach tools, and a strong work ethic. Compensation includes a competitive base pay in USD, uncapped sales commissions, and paid training opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales.
Requirements
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
- Experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools
- 1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointments
- Independent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills. Must LOVE cold-calling and the art of selling
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
- Access to a quiet "home office"
- Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people
- Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool ( Apollo.io ) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences daily
- Keeping Hubspot CRM updated
- Making 100 phone calls daily
- High-touch manual outreach
- Manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn
- Tracking activities daily in a scorecard
- Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team
- Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach
- Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services)
- Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning
