Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Hold a Licensed Architect certification
• Have 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial, restaurant, and retail projects
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D and Revit
• Possess strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills
• Possess the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design development phases for commercial, restaurant, and retail projects, ensuring concepts align with client goals and project requirements
• Develop 3D models and detailed presentations using Rhino 3D to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine design concepts and address feedback
• Produce detailed construction documents using Revit, ensuring precision and compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design
• Address design challenges and resolve issues during the documentation phase to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Oversee the progression of projects from concept to construction, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional development
• Create and manage detailed 3D models using Rhino for design exploration and client presentations
• Utilize Revit to produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation and BIM models
• Leverage additional visualization tools to create compelling renderings and animations, as needed
