Requirements

  • Proven successful experience of at least 3 years as a successful Sales Executive
  • Demonstrable passion and engagement with the ability to communicate in an understandable form to a variety of audiences
  • Able to gain acceptance, motivate, persuade, and engage audiences in agreed course of action where there may be significant barriers to overcome, including up-selling products
  • To have strong commercial awareness and understanding of how operational KPI’s impact financial performance
  • Clean UK Driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Develop, nurture and grow existing clients
  • Progressing sales using the full spectrum of sales activities, including telesales, face to face and virtual meetings
  • Attend customers premises to promote our products and grow opportunities
  • Book your own appointments, as well as appointments organised by the internal team
  • Generate your own leads to establish a pipeline of prospect customers
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of new opportunities
  • Provide technical advice on the manufacture of the products
  • Reach out to and follow up with new customers to identify new viable sales opportunities, to generate and complete sale leads, promoting the organisations values and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Following all opportunities through to secured orders
  • Use existing sales best practice to monitor the market, understand the competition and know how to continuously create a distinguished competitive edge
  • Use existing and developed sales knowledge and expertise to convey the overall business goals and priorities into tangible sales results
  • Analyse business KPIs and other data where targets are set for self, implementing well considered strategies and changes to drive operational improvements and personal development
  • To effectively communicate both internally and externally, promoting and advocating the brand at every opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally you will have an engineering or mechanical background
