Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, SaaS, or financial services
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Fluent in German and fluent in English
  • High energy, self-starter, relentless drive. You don't wait for leads – you make them
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM (we use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Growth-oriented and team-first mentality

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, targeting SMB clients across Germany
  • Speak with business owners, decision-makers, and finance executives to understand their challenges and tailor our payment solutions to their needs
  • Utilize various lead generation strategies daily – cold calling, warm leads, referrals – whatever it takes
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless and successful customer acquisition
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets – this is a top performer role
  • Be a trusted voice in the market, representing the brand with passion, integrity, and drive
