Asl Interpreter

Summary

Join Correlation One as a part-time ASL Interpreter to provide live interpretation for our online training programs conducted via Zoom. This remote role, approximately 10 hours per week, offers additional opportunities based on performance. The programs are technical in nature, lasting 2-2.5 hours, and involve a team of two interpreters. We are currently hiring for two programs starting in January or February 2025. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has at least 5 years of ASL interpreting experience in higher education or professional settings, and holds a current national ASL Interpreter Certification. Compensation is location-specific and considers experience, education, and skills.

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of ASL interpreting experience within higher ed or professional settings

Responsibilities

• Provide live interpretation for online training programs held via Zoom
• Ensure effective communication between instructors and participants

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability for Program One: live lectures 1/16 - 7/3/2025 on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 3:30-6pm ET
• Availability for Program Two: live lectures 1/20 - 7/10/2025 on Monday and Thursdays from 12-2pm ET
