You will provide remote support to end-users across various cloud platforms, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and assist in building and troubleshooting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of IT administration experience across Windows and macOS environments, direct experience with Workday integrations, and strong troubleshooting skills. Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
  • Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
  • Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields Β in Workday for operational or compliance needs
  • Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users remotely within cloud platforms like Carbon Black, G-Suite, JAMF, Slack Enterprise, Workspace One, Zoom, among others
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users remotely
  • Assist in IT's responsibilities in building, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services) with key external systems such as payroll, benefits, and applicant tracking tools
  • Configure and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using calculated fields, matrix reports, and custom data sources for stakeholders
  • Support on IT projects, including SaaS tool integrations and access management
  • Administer and support Workday integrations and reporting tools, including troubleshooting data syncs and managing user provisioning workflows
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for internal end-user hardware and software issues
  • Other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro or relevant Workday certifications
  • Experience supporting IT compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) as they relate to HR systems
  • Familiarity with UniFi devices and home network troubleshooting
  • Certifications in Okta, G-Suite, AWS, or other SaaS platforms
