Requirements
- Staff encouraged to have knowledge and a certain passion for the brand
- A strong understanding in theatrical operations/budgeting and ability to support all departments
- Strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility; with the ability and commitment to work with diverse groups in terms of gender expression, race, sexual orientation, religion, ability, age, class and immigrant status
- Excellent leadership and management skills an ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in oral and written communication
- Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure work is completed in a timely and productive manner
- Must have knowledge in google platform, microsoft & excel
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate level of physical ability is required
Responsibilities
- Manage the onsite staff when General manager is not onsite
- Assist to Print and distribute daily paperwork including call sheets
- Assist Maintain props, fabrication and set during the run
- Oversee resets in between shows
- Work with AV equipment to start operations and close operations
- Ensuring run of show is on time
- Oversee inventory
- Ensure safety of full company
- Complete incident reports on behalf of Crew
- Complete detailed daily show reports to provide to the Production Company
- Assist with Production Load in and Load out
- Oversee set inventory including props and set
Preferred Qualifications
Immersive theater/live event experience is a plus!
