Requirements

  • Experience with customer service and guest management
  • An understanding in theatrical or retail operations/budgeting and has the ability to support all departments
  • Strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility; with the ability and commitment to work with diverse groups in terms of gender expression, race, sexual orientation, religion, ability, age, class and immigrant status
  • Excellent leadership and management skills an ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in oral and written communication
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure work is completed in a timely and productive manner
  • Must have knowledge in google platforms, microsoft & excel
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Moderate level of physical ability is required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality of production
  • Manage the onsite staff
  • Manage the backstage and show floor areas during operation hours
  • Print and distribute daily paperwork including call sheets
  • Maintain props, fabrication and set during the run
  • Oversee resets in between shows
  • Work with AV equipment to start operations and close operations
  • Ensuring run of show is on time
  • Oversee inventory
  • Staff Management ie payroll hours reporting, scheduling
  • Ensure safety of full company
  • Complete incident reports on behalf of Crew
  • Complete detailed daily show reports to provide to the Production Company
  • Assist with Production Load in and Load out
  • Oversee set inventory including props and set

Preferred Qualifications

  • Encouraged to have knowledge live entertainment and a certain passion for the brand
  • Immersive theater/live event experience is a plus!
