Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance
  • Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all payer requirements are met by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and procedures
  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures
  • Regularly review and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Develop clear and concise communications for service offices
