Summary
Join BAYADA's Behavioral Health Practice as a Support Office Associate to ensure compliance with payer requirements, maintain accurate policy and procedure documentation, monitor compliance, and create effective communications for our service offices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance
- Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
Responsibilities
- Ensure all payer requirements are met by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and procedures
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures
- Regularly review and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations
- Develop clear and concise communications for service offices
