Responsibilities

  • Help lead the development of big, bold, breakthrough ideas for brand experiences and campaigns and oversee execution, ensuring ideas are as magical in execution as they were in concept
  • Own small to mid-sized projects independently and oversee all aspects of creative — concept, storytelling and design
  • Be an active voice of inspiration and guidance in the NVE Concept Studio and the broader creative department
  • Begin to lead client presentations and pitches, articulating the strategy and vision behind the work
  • Provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of creative output
  • Manage creative teams on projects and also begin to manage people
  • Review and approve deliverables, ensuring they are on brief and the best they can be
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the creative team and work closely with creative leadership to cast the right teams
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the team’s work
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture
