Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor credit card system EOD operations on a regular basis
• Ensure that all pre-EOD and post-EOD checks are performed
• Participate in bug and incident resolution processes
• Ensure that all exception reports and errors are monitored and resolved in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, marketing, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline credit card operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify and address operational gaps, errors, and potential fraud risks
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to credit card operations, and recommend appropriate actions or enhancements
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management
• Provide training and guidance to team members on credit card processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices
