Associate Director, Advanced Analytics

Join KMK, a global data analytics and technology consulting company, as an AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert in Pharma Commercial Analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, collaborating closely with US stakeholders to transition advanced analytics projects. Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics
• Specializations in Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data
• Specializations in Brand performance analytics and reporting
• Therapeutic Expertise in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required)
• Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary
• Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies
