Associate Director

Summary

Join GPFS as an Associate Director, leading client relationships, managing deliverables, and developing team members. With a focus on people, culture, and innovation, this role requires strong leadership skills, technical accounting expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA\MBA Required
• 10 + years of private equity experience
• US GAAP expertise
• 3+ years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Manage overall client relationships
• Responsible for accurate and timely deliverables across multiple clients
• Reviewing client financial statements, partner capital statements and other required financial reporting
• Create onboarding plan for new clients
• Technical accounting/industry consulting to our clients
• Coordinating, managing and monitoring the external audit process
• Develop and mentoring team members
• Monitor team's adherence to internal control policies and procedures
• Responsible for business development
• Review partnership agreements in order to determine impact on financial reporting and partner capital accounting requirements
