Summary

The Associate Director of Finance and FP&A Lead will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Sprinto, a leading information security compliance automation platform. The role involves strategic insights, key performance metrics tracking, business partnering, team leadership, and requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, 10 years of experience in finance with a focus on FP&A, strong analytical skills, proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting, excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Chartered Accountant preferred
  • ~10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Zoho / Quickbooks / SAP / Netsuite is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Monitor financial performance against budget, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations
  • Establish and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
  • Create insightful financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board
  • Analyse variances between actual and planned results, providing actionable insights
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team and Board of Directors
  • Lead efforts to improve financial processes, systems, and controls to support the company's growth
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing business cases for new products, markets, or strategic initiatives
  • Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate different options
  • Conduct ROI analysis for new projects and investments
