Summary
Join our team as a Client Growth Partner and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This senior-level position requires a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Possess executive presence and ability to communicate to C-Level executives demonstrating value and differentiation
- Industry experience in industry and automation, manufacturing and diversified Industries
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing client accounts
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and growth opportunities to senior management
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience working with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow
- MBA
