Requirements
- 10+ years of selling, managing, and servicing clients, with a focus on the healthcare space
- Management Consultant experience required
- A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success
- Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships including growing revenues and retaining clients
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal
- Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations
- Ability to travel (approximately 50%)
- Desire to build an organization from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the employer & public sectors
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including clinical, product, network, sales, and innovation; influence virtual care strategies to best position Hello Heart for long-term success
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the companyβs overall business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market; influence health plan virtual care strategies to best position your book of business for long-term success
- Responsible for overall revenue retention year over year to 95% or better
- Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity management, new business development, and successful negotiation of contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs
- Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and emerging trends within the health plan landscape; bring market feedback to the Hello Heart team to improve product/market fit
- Drive renewals including the skills to negotiate appropriate renewal rates and terms
- Partner with the consultant relationships team to manage all consultant relationships on existing clients to remove barriers and demonstrate Hello Heart value

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000.00 to $210,000.00
