Summary

Join Power Digital as an Associate Director of B2B Client Strategy and own the inception, delivery, and quality assurance of all B2B Client Strategy products. You will support Client Services and Revenue teams in identifying opportunities to improve client results. Responsibilities include creating GTM plans and playbooks, identifying efficiency opportunities, collaborating with the wider agency team, and supporting revenue and appraisal teams. The role requires 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and strategic knowledge of B2B Martech and PESO(c) platforms. Strong project management and interpersonal skills are essential. Requirements

  • 5 years minimum B2B Marketing experience, in-house or in-agency, crafting strategies
  • Strategic knowledge (but in-tool not required) of core B2B Martech, such as salesforce.com, Marketo, Hubspot, etc
  • Strategic knowledge (but in-platform not required) of best practices and strategies for PESO(c) platform channels, ABM, and more as clients’ needs require
  • Comfort and ease in presenting strategies to clients, and in leading discovery discussions
  • Strategic understanding of clients’ business metrics and KPIs, and your and Power’s role in accomplishing them
  • Strong project management skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, effective interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual

Responsibilities

  • Own the inception, delivery, and quality assurance of all B2B Client Strategy products in your purview
  • Support Client Services and Revenue teams with identifying opportunities to better impact client results
  • ABM Audits, Playbooks & Account Director for ABM Team
  • Create GTM plans and playbooks for clients
  • Identify efficiency opportunities in delivery of B2B Strategy products & collaborate towards implementation
  • Cross-Agency Collaboration: Collaborating and strategizing with the wider agency team including services like SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media Marketing, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Email + SMS, Conversion Rate Optimization, Creative, and others. All to ensure recommendations make sense, delivery tactics are up to best practice, and to offer alternative marketing recommendations to Power Digital’s clients
  • Support revenue and appraisal teams in more complex GTM strategies for new and expanded business opportunities
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
