Summary
Join StackAdapt, a leading self-serve advertising platform, as an Enterprise Sales Manager. This senior individual contributor role focuses on generating programmatic advertising revenue from major agencies and brands. You will cultivate key relationships, drive DSP adoption through solution-oriented selling, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client growth. The position requires a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and proven success in exceeding revenue targets within the B2B enterprise space. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, offering flexible work arrangements and a supportive culture. This role is open to candidates across the UK.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience at a DSP, SSP, publisher, ad network, ad server, social platforms, or digital agency
- Established network within Agency holding companies, large independents, and/or enterprise brands specific to B2B
- Strong established network and relationships with decision-makers at hold-co advertising agencies, independent agencies, and brands
- A solutions-oriented approach: the ability to understand and communicate customer challenges and pain points and navigate internally to help solve challenges
- A deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and DSP dynamics
- Ability to travel to meet with customers in-market and conduct senior-level presentations
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and story-telling ability
- Curious, eager to learn, and consistently striving for excellence
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Previous experience selling programmatic to Enterprise B2B Brands and agencies
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and close media and platform sales deals with holding company agencies and brands specific to B2B
- Take the lead in responding to RFPs or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
- Establish and cultivate relationships with top executives at advertising agencies and their associated brands
- Engage in discussions about product development based on client feedback with senior stakeholders across sales, product and engineering
- Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
- Partner with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships
- Showcase the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations
- Accurately manage and communicate quarterly forecasts and pipeline
- Programmatic and B2B thought leadership internal and with customers
