Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly scaling Digital Product Engineering company, as a Solution/Technical Architect. You will leverage your 14+ years of software development experience and expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, and AWS to lead technical architecture and design. Responsibilities include owning project technology health, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and developing long-term technology strategies. You will also mentor team members, identify opportunities for cross-selling/upselling, and contribute to thought leadership. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

  • Total experience 14+ years
  • Experience in software development, with Solution/Technical Architect in development projects
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
  • Deep knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes deployment
  • Hands-on experience working with API Gateways
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud platform and cloud-native development
  • Strong database knowledge in Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB
  • Experience working in Agile Development Projects with solid knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub
  • Strong understanding of Application Design using UML constructs such as Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Collaboration Diagrams, and Interaction Diagrams
  • Good understanding of Database Design and data modeling best practices
  • Ability to define and document Contextual Architecture, Logical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Deployment Architecture (optional)
  • Strong understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as High Availability, Security, Performance, and Scalability
  • Hands-on coding experience in Java technologies, ensuring high-quality development standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide developers in analysis and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own the technology health of the project/account on all key metrics
  • Ensure projects/accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards and best practices
  • Own the long term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project/account
  • Identify opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings
  • Conceptualize and own the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing
  • Harness your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients
  • Run workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases
  • Communicate and drive adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account
  • Mentor and manage team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance
