Summary
Join Ashby's rapidly expanding Revenue Operations team as their first Go-to-Market Engineer. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner with all GTM teams, especially Marketing. This role is ideal for highly technical individuals who thrive on systems thinking and automating processes. You will optimize Ashby's MarTech stack, manage data, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate across teams. The successful candidate will have experience with marketing technology, data management, and automation, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This is an individual contributor role focused on creating leverage and driving significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Ashbyโs MarTech stack. This includes tools, workflows, data, and integrations. Today we use tools like HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, UserGems, Dreamdata, Instantly, and Relevance AI
- Stay on the cutting edge. With some guidance, own the research and evaluation of new tools and technologies to augment Ashbyโs marketing tech stack
- Write and maintain simple scripts. Some of our advanced workflows require some basic JavaScript, Python and SQL to do things like normalize data fields or copy data between systems
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to maintain, optimize, and QA GTM data . Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Maintain our deal source attribution model to optimize marketing investments
- Capture buyer intent. In partnership with the Demand Generation team, maintain our CRMโs Account, Contact, and Intent Signals. Enrich the CRM to support ABM efforts
- Troubleshoot reporting and operational issues and propose fixes that improve reliability and transparency
- Measure marketing campaign performance: Collaborate with Content, Demand Generation, and Events teams to execute and measure campaign effectiveness
- Automate data ingestion/integration. With some support, ensure data ingestion into Hubspot post-campaign is seamless. Build processes that allow Marketing teamsโ to self-service this work
- Identify and troubleshoot anomalies , addressing root causes. Build Ashby data fluency so that you are able to ensure reliability of key metrics
- Act as a key link. Collaborate across Marketing programs and Sales execution within the Revenue Operations team
- Foster alignment . Focus on effective communication and shared success across GTM teams
