Summary
Join our team as a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Hospitality Specialist! This remote role, with frequent travel in the NYC Metro area, provides critical support to our NYC Area Sales Manager, freeing them to focus on closing deals. You will be responsible for appointment setting, sales support, travel coordination, client engagement, and administrative tasks. Success in this position requires proactive communication, organization, and a passion for driving sales. The role also includes CRM management, market research, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting: Identify and engage prospective clients through in-person prospecting, outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings for the Area Sales Manager
- Sales Support: Assist the Area Sales Manager in preparing for meetings and demos, including gathering relevant materials, conducting research on prospective clients, and managing follow-up communications
- Travel Coordination: Travel with the Area Sales Manager across the New York City Metro to support on-the-ground sales activities, including managing logistics and ensuring smooth location transitions
- Client Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for clients during the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial outreach to deal closure
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle other administrative duties to ensure the Area Sales Manager and team can focus on closing deals
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, providing insights and reporting on sales performance
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets to support sales strategies
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and identify opportunities for growth
