Summary

Join Kinetic Investments, a venture capital firm, as an Associate on their Investment team. This dynamic role focuses on investor relations, fundraising, external representation, and contributions to deal flow, portfolio, and fund operations. You will build and nurture relationships with LPs, lead fundraising activities, represent the fund at events, contribute to deal sourcing, support due diligence and portfolio monitoring, and assist with fund operations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in VC, private equity, investor relations, fundraising, or high-growth startups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective LPs
  • Lead or support fundraising activities, including LP communications, pipeline management, and presentation materials
  • Represent the fund at events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
  • Contribute to deal sourcing and manage the early-stage startup pipeline
  • Support investment due diligence and ongoing portfolio monitoring
  • Assist with fund operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior LP-facing experience, particularly with family offices or institutional investors
  • Exposure to the full fund lifecycle — fundraising, investments, and portfolio management
  • Experience in lean teams or startup settings with a hands-on, adaptable mindset
