Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Researching potential legal theories and arguments
  • Drafting complaints, motions, briefs, and other documents
  • Assisting in all aspects of discovery from drafting requests to document collection and production to deposition preparation and support
  • Communicating (verbally and in writing) with clients and opposing counsel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some experience with discovery (drafting or responding to requests, document collection and review)
  • Preferable if some experience in representing plaintiffs
