Summary

The Associate Managed Services Engineer at Trace3 is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure of client environments, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on industry trends. The position requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience, current certifications supporting relevant areas of expertise, and a minimum of two years of experience in a technical position.

• Current certifications supporting relevant areas of expertise (e.g., Microsoft, VMware)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain the IT infrastructure of client environments
• Identify, research, and resolve technical issues and maintain detailed documentation of client networks and systems
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support business initiatives and projects
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 Managed Services team members for service requests and incident response
• Participate in after-hours migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-call support as needed to meet client requirements
