Responsibilities include writing, editing, and proofreading content, attending client meetings, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses a life sciences degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent experience, strong writing skills, and a keen interest in healthcare communications. Requirements

  • Possess a degree, preferably a PhD, in life sciences, or equivalent experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or MedComms industries
  • Be able to write clear, concise and scientifically accurate copy, with excellent attention to detail
  • Be a fast learner; able to understand and interpret new data with ease
  • Have a keen interest in working in healthcare communications
  • Be happy to work across a wide range of therapy areas and accounts
  • Be able to build strong working relationships
  • Be able to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Be a clear concise communicator at all levels who develops trust easily, both internally and externally to the organisation
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be willing to get involved and show initiative to improve and make internal processes more efficient
  • Be able to communicate clearly and concisely throughout the organisation

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and proofread content
  • Attend occasional client meetings to plan, scope and discuss campaigns
  • Plan campaigns with the wider team
  • Work closely with the Design, Programme Management and Client Partnership teams
  • Potentially travel to attend international and national medical conferences
