Join the Medical Writing team at M3, a subsidiary of M3 Inc. and the UK's largest professional network of doctors, to create diverse content for Doctors.net.uk and other media. The team produces promotional materials, conference highlights, videos, case studies, and educational modules for various clients. Responsibilities include developing, writing, and proofreading content; supporting larger projects with editing and referencing; attending client meetings; and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate possesses a life sciences degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent experience, strong writing skills, and a keen interest in healthcare communications. The role offers opportunities for travel to medical conferences. M3 provides a dynamic work environment and contributes to global health advancements.
Requirements
- A degree, preferably a PhD, in life sciences, or equivalent experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or MedComms industries
- Ability to write clear, concise and scientifically accurate copy, with excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner; able to understand and interpret new data with ease
- A keen interest in working in healthcare communications
- Happy to work across a wide range of therapy areas and accounts
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Able to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- A clear concise communicator at all levels who develops trust easily, both internally and externally to the organisation
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to get involved and show initiative to improve and make internal processes more efficient
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely throughout the organisation
Responsibilities
- Developing, writing and proofreading content
- Supporting larger content creation projects with editing and referencing tasks
- Attending occasional client meetings to plan, scope and discuss campaigns
- Working closely with the Design, Programme Management and Client Partnership teams
- Potential for travel to attend international and national medical conferences
