Summary

Join Luma Health as a Product Marketing Associate and contribute to creating clear and compelling messaging for our healthcare products. You will support sales enablement by developing pitch decks and other materials. Responsibilities include coordinating product launches, conducting market research, and developing content such as blog posts and presentations. You will collaborate with various teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success. This is a growth-oriented role with mentorship opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses 1–2 years of marketing experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in general marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in B2B or healthcare a plus but not required, specific experience in product marketing not required)
  • Hungry to achieve and deliver, especially on a lean marketing team in a company with aggressive growth goals
  • Enthusiastic about working on a small team where you can make a big impact
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Strong writer and communicator, with an interest in making complex ideas easy to understand
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

  • Support messaging & positioning - assist in creating clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value of Luma’s products. Help update and maintain message libraries and talk tracks
  • Sales enablement - work with marketing and sales to help build pitch decks, one-pagers, and other materials that make it easier for our customer-facing teams (AEs, SDRs, and customer success managers) to talk about our products
  • Product launch coordination - support the planning and coordination of product and feature launches, including internal rollout materials and launch announcements
  • Market and competitive research - conduct research to understand our buyers, competitors, and target markets. Help maintain competitive battlecards and persona profiles
  • Content development - collaborate with writers, designers, and product managers to produce content such as blog posts, product overviews, presentations, and customer-facing collateral
  • Analyst and partner relations – manage and maintain partner and marketplace listings, and assist with building positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers
  • Cross-functional collaboration - partner with teams across the company, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives
  • Learn and grow - this is a growth-oriented role. You’ll be mentored by an experienced product marketer and high-performing marketing team, and will gain skills in product positioning, GTM execution, and customer storytelling
