Requirements

  • Be comfortable using common SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Confluence) and quickly learn new software solutions
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Be able to accurately track effort spent on tasks and projects
  • Be capable of preparing simple reports and summaries of operational and customer data
  • Be capable of analyzing processes or tasks based on feedback and recommending improvements
  • Be a self-motivated, confident team player, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working collaboratively
  • Have a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
  • Be able and eager to quickly learn industry-specific concepts and terminology
  • Be comfortable presenting basic topics or processes to clients or partners
  • Possess a client-centric mindset with attention to detail
  • Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Use common SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Confluence) and quickly learn new software solutions (internal apps, Postman, BigQuery, Genesis, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Lithuanian, with stakeholders worldwide
  • Accurately track time spent on tasks and projects to improve resource understanding and project planning
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries of operational and customer data for decision-making
  • Analyze processes or tasks based on feedback, recommend improvements, and agree on actions for better outcomes
  • Be a self-motivated, confident team player, adapting to changing priorities and working collaboratively
  • Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and implement solutions
  • Quickly learn industry-specific concepts and terminology related to SaaS, MaaS business, and customer operations
  • Present basic topics or processes to clients or partners, answer questions, and handle feedback effectively
  • Maintain a client-centric mindset with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality support and exceeding client expectations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, going above and beyond client expectations
