Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to details
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter that is creative and flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels within the company
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding and time sensitive environment
  • Strong sense of project ownership and dedication to delivering outstanding results

Responsibilities

  • Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to 3PLs for shipment
  • Communicate order delays to CX team so customers can be notified
  • Report any backorders daily to the team and work with CX team to resolve order issues
  • Consult with supply chain to understand inventory availability
  • Alert website team of any items oversold so that website/marketplaces stock availability can be updated as necessary
  • Pull orders from customer portals and EDI platforms and manually enter in NetSuite
  • Update inventory on customer portals and EDI platforms
  • Upload tracking numbers to customer portals and EDI platforms
  • Monitor orders and fix issues that are preventing them from dropping to the 3PL for shipment
  • Review backorders daily and work with Sales/Customer to resolve any issues
  • Communicate with 3PL and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders
  • Set up new SKUs with customers
  • Support sales ops team on special projects

Benefits

  • $55,000 - $65,000 a year
  • This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location
  • This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed
