Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of management consulting experience and hands-on experience in change management; a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an effective project management practitioner
  • Skills: You excel in generating high-quality stakeholder communications, assisting in stakeholder and leader working sessions, identifying engagement strategies relevant to client culture, and connecting engagement outcomes to the client's overall organizational strategy and objectives
  • Exposure to change management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to summarize information from various sources, such as existing documents, online research, stakeholder interviews and internal experts
  • Ability to develop polished, professional communications for a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated consulting agility and flexibility to build rapport with clients and drive to successful outcomes in the best interest of clients
  • Ability to create visually appealing and professional documents using the Microsoft suite and other visualization and facilitation tools such as Mural
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and leaders in a matrixed environment to get work done
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required
  • Ability to travel to client site
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Role may require up to 80% travel

Responsibilities

  • Assess the scope of change our clients face as they embark on new opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Contribute to approaches that drive awareness, readiness and adoption across a wide range of initiatives including technology, business process, mergers/acquisitions and organizational changes
  • Build engaging deliverables, communications, and workshops, in collaboration with Point B colleagues and clients
  • Engagements may include performing stakeholder assessments and interviews, developing training and communication plans, creating communications, summarizing meeting outcomes and next steps as well as other program deliverables
  • As desired/ interested, contribute to business development efforts to help qualify client needs
  • Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients
  • Have opportunities to work in various industries, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and many others
  • Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
