Associate Product Designer

Summary

Vestwell is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to work on various aspects of the design process for their workplace savings platform. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in product design, is familiar with Figma, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer for digital products and systems across mobile and web platforms
• An obsession with Figma
• A portfolio reflecting a deep understanding of design principles
• Familiarity with maintaining component libraries and design systems
• Familiarity with designing responsive web and mobile applications from desktop to mobile viewports
• High-fidelity wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing experience
• Experience working with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
• Research experience with user interviews, surveys, and data analysis from event tracking
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience presenting your work to executive leadership and project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• ADA / WCAG compliance experience
