Join GFiber's Customer Marketing team as an Associate Product Marketing Manager and support customer-facing Lifecycle and CRM efforts. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in a marketing organization, consulting or digital agency driving customer relationship marketing (CRM) and/or customer communications
- Experience in overseeing customer marketing programs including creative, messaging, campaign execution and operations
- Experience in developing and applying customer segmentation and analytics towards driving lifecycle marketing
Responsibilities
- Support customer facing Lifecycle and CRM efforts to ensure GFiber customers receive timely, valuable communications across our various marketing platforms
- Play a key role in executing the program roadmap for our email program and how it is consumed across various channels including operations of the email infrastructure and marketing automation platform
- Work in partnership with our digital, brand and support teams to create best in class communications that inform, educate and bring value to our loyal customers
- Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to deploy customer marketing campaigns inclusive of creative development, vendor relations, and marketing automation operations
- Drive the day-to-day intake and manage the campaign calendar across projects on behalf of the Customer Marketing team
- Manage shared resources to execute campaigns through a highly collaborative, cross-functional process from conception to launch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer centric telecommunications and/or software subscription service businesses
- Experience in content marketing via digital channels such as email, in-app, website and social media
- Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics and in depth knowledge of cloud based marketing & CRM automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo)
- Experience with email marketing tools, setting up email journeys, building audiences, monitoring automated programs and a basic knowledge of HTML
