Associate Product Manager

Summary

Join Endear, a fast-growing startup building a modern CRM for retail teams, as a Content & Onboarding specialist. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product's future by creating excellent onboarding experiences for corporate admins, store managers, and sales associates. Your responsibilities include developing help documentation, videos, and content calendars, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving UX improvements based on data and feedback. Requirements

• Experience working at early-stage startups
• Strong examples of written documentation and/or educational videos
• Ability to balance user needs with business requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product decisions
• Data-driven approach to product with experience using analytics tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously
• Very comfortable in tools such as Posthog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc
• Very comfortable working cross-functionally
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience at early-stage startups
• Experience working directly with teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Help documentation, videos & any other content necessary to provide an excellent onboarding experience
• Ongoing content calendars relevant to our customers to ensure they have fresh, timely & relevant content to send to their customer-base
• User research and testing initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and account management teams
• UX improvements driven by customer feedback and data

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered tools is a plus
