Associate Product Manager

Summary

Join Guidepoint's Product team as an Associate Product Manager and support the External team's execution of the product roadmap. This role will engage with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, providing hands-on product lifecycle experience and direct impact on project execution.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Worked in Agile development environment as a product manager for 1-2 years
• Understands the software development lifecycle
• Experience with quarterly planning
• Extremely high empathy towards user problems
• Creative thinker
• Has a background in one of the following fields: consulting, banking, or technology

Responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation and development of product features by collaborating cross-functionally to define the feature's details
• Collaborate with Product Managers to manage the product backlog including writing and prioritizing stories
• Drive projects forward by managing feature roll outs, ensuring stakeholder communication and developing updated materials
• Manage internal reporting to ensure product managers have the most accurate data in a timely manner
• Analyze user data via our analytics tools and develop initial inferences
• Identify and managing dependencies and identifying mitigation opportunities
