Summary

Join Budderfly, a fast-growing energy management company, and help businesses become more sustainable by reducing carbon emissions. As a Project Manager, you will lead customer communications on field projects, effectively communicate project details and schedules, and closely align with Customer Success Managers. You will interface with multiple customer personnel and drive project milestone updates. Responsibilities include establishing positive internal relationships, collaborating on account prioritization, participating in contractor meetings, and compiling customer reports. Expertise in project development across various solutions (lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, etc.) is essential. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related Energy industry or Project Management experience preferred
  • Willingness to work off-hours based on project needs
  • Ability to work with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer communications on Budderfly field projects for assigned customer accounts
  • Effectively communicate project details & schedules to customers to drive positive customer experiences
  • Closely align with Customer Success Managers on customer meetings and strategic management
  • Interface with multiple customer personnel including executives, directors, and onsite management
  • Drive project milestone updates to customers throughout the lifecycle through completion (installations)
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive internal relationships between Sales/Customer Success, CORE & HVACR Project Managers, and Third-Party Contractors
  • Collaborate with Sales/Customer Success on account prioritization
  • Participate in Third-Party Contractor meetings with CORE/HVACR Project Managers
  • Compile customer facing reports on project milestone updates
  • Be an expert on internal project development process across solutions: Lighting, Refrigeration, HVAC, Kitchen Ventilation, and Renewables/Storage

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple Brand projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work between multiple systems and stakeholders to drive project progress
  • Ability to prioritize business needs quickly and efficiently
  • Able to work remotely and independently
