Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in a professional capacity, ideally at Software or SaaS Provider
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- Advanced C1 English language proficiency
- Proven experience managing timeline, scope, budget and project execution
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment to promote and improve team performance
- Strong analytical skills regarding client and project management issues
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing customer demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smartsheet Product Certified or has the ability to become certified within 3 months
- Ability to travel periodically (up to 10%) based on customer and business need
Responsibilities
- Support and drive competing requests across simultaneous customer engagements
- Identify, pull together, and drive project activities of delivery teams from cross-functional and partner sources
- Help maintain project schedules and documentation to support on-time project delivery within budget and contracted deliverables
- Ensure quality and time management processes are followed by the delivery team (e.g., change controls, time card submissions)
- Identify, mitigate and escalate project risks that impact customer outcomes
- Serve as a first point of contact for common customer questions and help share best practices, escalating complex issues as needed
- Identify product and services expansion opportunities for Smartsheet within the customer's user base
- Liaise with internal teams to help coordinate project needs and support cross-functional collaboration
- Meet or exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets aligned to the role
- Accomplish other tasks as assigned
