Associate Project Manager IT in India

Summary

The intern will assist the IT Portfolio Operations team with data gathering and project activities, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, maintaining documentation, monitoring project timelines, managing small projects, and investigating/discovering upcoming and existing project opportunities. They should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, listening skills, verbal communication skills, and advanced formula experience in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, or Microsoft Office.

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Management, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in the gathering of data and project information for the IT Portfolio Operations team
• Support Project Manager and project activities
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain documentation with internal stakeholders, the Software Purchasing Committee, and vendor
• Monitor project timelines
• Manage small projects with oversight from Portfolio Operations leadershi
• Gather and document project information
• Assist business partners to investigate/discover upcoming and/or existing project opportunities
