Associate Recruiter

Summary

Join our team at ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care as we build a team of professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of our communities. We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and fill open requisitions for entry-level non-exempt clinical roles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill non-exempt job requisitions, ensuring to build strong relationships with Managers and become a trusted partner to them
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
• Manage recruiting process for non-exempt roles to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the company to include candidate screening, job offers, and assisting with administrative duties
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
