Summary

The Associate Recruiter position at ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care involves partnering with hiring managers to fill open requisitions and managing the recruiting process for non-exempt roles. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent organizational and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill non-exempt job requisitions
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
• Manage recruiting process for non-exempt roles
